Dewatering Site Operative

Stuart Wells are a leading and experienced specialist groundwater control company working within the UK construction dewatering industry

We are looking to recruit a site operative to install, maintain and operate dewatering systems on civil engineering sites. This is a full-time, permanent position, working for principal contractors throughout the UK, and will involve working away from home for periods.

Knowledge of dewatering or pumps, together with any related experience, such as ground-working or temporary works would be of major benefit to this role, but not crucial. This position involves outside work on construction sites, and therefore a person with limited specific experience, but comfortable with site working would also be considered. A good nature, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential, as is a CSCS card and UK driving licence, which is a prerequisite for this position.

The rate of pay for the successful applicant is negotiable, depending upon experience. Benefits include a company van, 23 days holiday per year.
