Sales Office Administrator

This person will be joining a very well-established team that leads the UK market in their product range. We offer market-leading products to our customers and therefore enjoy repeat business both in the UK and overseas. You will efficiently respond to incoming enquiries and order processing, whilst building a rapport with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Taking enquiry via phone or emails
  • Production of quotations and supporting data sheets.
  • Converting enquiries to sales orders
  • Good knowledge of order processing (Sage)
  • Logging all enquiries from order to invoice.
  • Working in a department with specialised products, other products, different teams

Skills and Experience

  • Past sales experience would be an advantage.
  • Some engineering or mechanical knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Enjoy the challenge of winning orders with a good presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills-PC skills-Microsoft.
  • Able to learn and enjoy the products we offer.
