Tsurumi LB Automatic Submersible Drainage Pumps

For water level control automation, our LB480 and LB800 models offer versatile options with sensor and float switches:

The Sensor switch features two 304 stainless steel probes encased in molded rubber, ideal for both portable and fixed applications. Its compact design ensures precise water level control, making it suitable for narrow or shallow sumps. Upon water contact with both probes, the pump initiates and operates for one minute after water level decreases. Subsequently, if the water reactivates both probes within this timeframe, the pump sustains operation for an additional minute, maintaining water level consistently below the probe level. Adjustable off levels, reaching as low as 20mm from the suction cover, accommodate various sump sizes. Additionally, optional probe extensions of 70mm or 170mm facilitate customisation for lower "on" and "off" levels.

The Pendant float-switch includes a power cable linked to a waterproof case housing a ball bearing actuated switch, suitable for both portable and fixed setups. Clamp the cable to the pump for minor adjustments to the "on" and "off" levels.

The AGMA float-switch utilizes a switch activated by a floating cylinder housed within a tube, offering compact design and fixed "on" and "off" levels for precise level control in narrow sumps and fixed installations.
